Troubleshoot-cookies issue

Step-1: Determine what browser version is in use.
* Select ‘Help’ from the top menu* Choose ‘About ’

Step-2:Click on the browser name/version from the list below:
• Internet Explorer (6.0/7.0)
• Mozilla Firefox (1.5.0.2)
• Mozilla Firefox (2.0.0.4)

Step-3:Follow the instructions mentioned below to enable JavaScript in your browser:

Internet Explorer (6.0/ 7.0)
1. Click on Tools.
2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down list.
3. Click on Delete Cookies















4. Click on OK





5. Click on Delete files.
















6. Click on the box Delete on all offline contents.






7. Click OK.
8. Click on Security, click on Custom Level and reduce the security to medium low.













9. Click on Privacy.

















10. Click on Advanced and check the boxes Override automatic cookie handling and Always allow session cookies.












11. Click on Ok.
12. Click on Content.

















13. Click on Auto Complete.

















14. Click on Clear Forms, Clear Passwords and click on Ok.
15. Click on Advanced.

















16. Click on Restore Defaults.
17. Click on Apply.














18. Click on Ok.

Firefox (1.5.0.2)

1. In Tools menu select Options.

2. Select Privacy icon at the top.

3. Select Cache tab.

4. Click Clear Cache Now button.

Clearing all privacy related data (cookies, history, auto complete and passwords):

1. In Tools menu select Options.

2. Select Privacy icon at the top

3. Select History tab

4. Click Clear Browsing History Now button

5. Select Saved Forms tab.

6. Click Clear Saved Forms Data Now button.

7. Select Passwords tab

8. Click View Saved Passwords button

9. Click Remove All button and click Close .

10. Select Download History tab.

11. Click Clear Download History Now button.

12. Select Cookies tab.

13. Click Clear Cookies Now button.

Firefox (2.0.0.4)

If you are having trouble viewing a website and/or cannot log in, clearing your cookies and cache may alleviate your problems.

1. Go to Tools

2. Select Clear Private Data.

3. Select Cache and Cookies

4. Click on Clear Private Data Now
5. Close the browser and restart it for the changes to take effect
